Shipping Policy
Local Delivery
Local orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday may be packed and dispatched for same-day local delivery, subject to availability.
Please note that the 4pm cut-off applies only to local deliveries. Nationwide orders must be placed before 12pm for same-day dispatch.

Click and Collect
All Click and Collect orders must be placed online. We will notify you when your order is ready and confirm your collection time.
If you cannot make your arranged collection time, please call us and we will arrange another time.

Nationwide Delivery
For same-day nationwide dispatch, orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
We aim for orders to arrive on the next working day following dispatch. However, delivery can occasionally take up to 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
If your parcel is delayed, please contact our sales team for assistance.
Delivery upgrades may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering if you require an upgraded service.

The correct delivery charge will be calculated according to the products included in your order.

Orders over £175 including VAT

Free standard delivery is available on orders over £175 including VAT to mainland England.

Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Borders, Highlands and Scottish Islands
Delivery costs £29.99, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy
For Damaged & incorrect Orders:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Call either 01442 440696 or info@topdec.org.uk
Please leave wrong items in original packaging and await our instruction.
Faulty Goods:
​
All of our products will perform as directed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. However, we do not accept responsibility for application and conditions, as we cannot control the conditions under which products we supply are used or applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds:
​
All goods will be refunded if they are returned to us unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging, within 7 working days of receiving your delivery. Customers must make their own arrangements for returning goods at their own cost.
Please ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and damage before returning them to us. Also, please insert a copy of your invoice and a letter explaining that you would like a refund.
Tinted paint to all colours is non-refundable & non-returnable.

We cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost, or damaged upon arrival at our premises.

Order Cancellation:
Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel their order.
However, once goods have been despatched it may not be possible for us to stop them from being delivered. It therefore becomes the customer’s responsibility to return them to us undamaged.
