Smith and Rodgers Flow and Bond is an additive for water-based paints, both interior and exterior, to aid adhesion, flow and coverage of the paint. Simply add 1 part Flow and Bond to 10 parts paint, stir thoroughly and see for yourself how much of a difference this paint conditioner and primer makes to the application. By improving adhesion, coverage and flow it makes the overall process much easier and quicker.
