Crown Timonox Upgrade Basecoat is a water-based one coat easy to use system which upgrades class 4 surfaces to class 0. It produces a thick insulating char layer to protect the substrate underneath in the event of a fire. This product must have an overcoat applied to it afterwards as it does not provide a durable decorative finish.
