HB42 PS3 Primer Sealer is a solvent-based (oil) primer sealer for interior and exterior use on a variety of surfaces. Suitable for blocking out water marks, smoke damage and nicotine stains with outstanding effort. This effective primer blocks cedarwood and redwood bleed & graffiti. It is self-priming and adheres to most surfaces without the need for sanding. Ideal for use on plaster, wood, concrete, painted surfaces where its flexibility & fast drying means tasks can be completed in a day. It is over-paintable with both water-based and solvent-based paints.
