Acrylic water-based primer. Offers excellent bonding and high penetration. Blocks any water-soluble stains on the substrate preventing their appearance on the final color. Suitable for use on surfaces that will be coated with emulsion paints and substrates polluted with smoke, nicotine, exhaust fumes etc. It may be diluted up to 10% with clean water. In cases of intense dirt, it is preferable to use it undiluted.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, on surfaces to be covered with emulsion or acrylic paints and substrates polluted with smoke, nicotine, exhaust fumes, water soluble markers, pencil stains etc. It prevents the appearance of water-soluble stains on the final color.
